These Terms of Service govern your use of somethinginhebrew.com and purchases from Something in Hebrew LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from the store.
Store use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the store, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the store in a way that harms us or others.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other store information may change. Colors and appearance may vary by screen and production process. We may correct errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.
An order is not accepted until it is successfully submitted and payment is authorized. You agree to provide current and accurate order, payment, and contact information.
Most products are made to order. Shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, changes, and cancellations are governed by the policies posted on the store.
Meal-impact statements
When a product or store page states that a purchase helps provide meals, Something in Hebrew arranges the associated contribution through a third-party charitable giving partner. A customer's purchase is not itself a charitable donation by the customer and is not tax deductible as one. Meal-impact information is based on the standards supplied by the relevant partners and may be updated when those standards change.
Intellectual property
The store and its content, including designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Something in Hebrew and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit that content without permission.
Third-party services and links
The store may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or services outside our control. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Something in Hebrew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the store. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
